With over 34 years of experience in breathwork and 25 years in astrology, I’ve had the privilege of private coaching over 400 individuals on their breathwork journeys, guiding them to break through blocks and go deeper into their practice. My approach combines breathwork with deep spiritual coaching, allowing for profound shifts that elevate both your breathwork experience and your overall spiritual path.

By integrating my extensive knowledge of both breathwork and astrology, I customize a transformative coaching experience that helps spiritual seekers and breathers alike identify and work through blocks, and their inner journey of self-awareness to the next level.
Coaching Package 1 – includes Astrology
I offer a 5-session coaching package (includes 10 hours with me) designed to give you personalized, one-on-one attention and support:
- 3 Private Coaching Calls (4.5 hours): These 90-minute sessions focus on identifying what you truly want in life, and where you are blocking yourself, in breathwork and in your life.
- 1 Private Online Breathwork Session (3 hours): Deepen your practice with a one-on-one session with Glenn tailored specifically to support your specific blocks and needs, based on your coaching sessions.
- 1 Full Natal & Transit Astrology Reading (2.5 hours): This session is separate from the coaching calls described above. Discover the unique aspects of your chart that can inform and enrich your breathwork process and spiritual development. We will focus first on your natal birth chart, which gives us a map of your soul’s journey towards wholeness and awakening over the course of your lifetime, including your greatest strengths and gifts, and your biggest challenges and learning opportunities. Then we’ll dive into your current transits, i.e. what is happening for you in your life this month/this year.

Individual Coaching Sessions
I also offer single session coaching sessions which last 90 minutes for those who want support for specific or deeper diving experiences with their breathwork process and/or blocks and challenges on their spiritual journey.
